Description:
The Riverwalk complex is a $60 million mixed used development project overlooking the Tennessee River in south Knoxville. It will include 315 residential apartments, retail space, and an event terrace. It will be connected to the Knoxville Greenway via a 1600 foot Riverwalk trail along the Tennessee River.
