Our professional team has established strong and trusted relationships with local, regional and state economic development organizations over the years and we are proud to work with projects of all sizes. We have a wide range of experience in the industrial market from small single tenant projects to large developments involving multiple individual buildings and major large-scale, complex manufacturing facilities. We work closely with these and with local and state officials to bring new industries into the state and to support the expansion of existing facilities. With our knowledge and experience of site-specific and regional geological and environmental settings, we are able to identify and clearly explain issues which may be perceived as road blocks in locating to the area or development of a site.
